Our lamb is roasted just with water and salt, as our ancestries have always done, but adding a new low temperature process that guarantees the preservation of the traditional roasted lamb essence.

- Meat is tender and juicy, soft when cutting and easy to strip from the bones. In the mouth, meat texture is very soft, tender, easy to chew and extremely juicy.
- Product surface turns into golden colour when it is roasted and smell is highly intense.
- Slightly salty taste in mouth that enhance the aromas of the suckling lamb, causing a nice feeling that remind us to the traditional lamb.
A delicious product ready to enjoy in just 30 minutes.
Preheat grill oven to 220ºC. Remove the lamb from the packaging and place it on the roasting tin. Add the sauce, making sure that the sauce is not in direct contact with the lamb (you can place a kitchen utensil between the sauce and the lamb). Introduce the roasting tin into the oven and leave it for 10 min on the inner side and 20 min with the skin side up until the lamb takes colour and crispness.

Quarter Net Weight: is 1.200-1.700 grams (it depends on the size and part of the lamb: forequarter or hindquarter).
